Kidney performs so many functions for the body so when there is derangement in the renal function, these are a number of signs and symptoms of disease and several different body systems may be affected. The four most common causes of chronic renal failure are diabetes mellitus, glomerulonephritis, hypertension, polycystic kidney disease and another cause may be renal cancer.
